"Highlights of the 2020 Christmas Tour - Just a Girl Blog"

This is how I envision my blogging experience. I wish to adorn my home, and then I would love for someone else to handle all the photography and editing. Is that asking too much? 🙂 I truly enjoy decorating for the holiday season, and that snug ambiance is something I cherish, you know? So, I felt compelled to share.

Welcome to my black and green Christmas-themed office, which is also my newly transformed classroom. You can trust me when I say it typically doesn’t appear like this. The combination of this office desk and leather chair is ideal for the dark bookshelves.

This year, I opted for very basic colors (surprise). Those hues bring me the greatest joy, and I suppose that’s their purpose, right? I discovered the garland at a consignment shop for just $12 a few years ago. Adding some ribbon to it really completes the aesthetic!

I am dubbing this the year of candles. Apparently, they are my favorite for this year? This console table is a beloved piece to style as it instantly alters the atmosphere of the room!

This is my kitchen view, naturally while I’m baking cookies! Ha! I frequently receive inquiries about this mirror (similar) and my rug! I adore both!

Since I’ve been spending more time at home (yay for virtual teaching), I had some extra moments to put up another Christmas tree. I decided to place this flocked tree in my bedroom, and I might leave it up indefinitely! (Just kidding.)

The ornaments were all clearance items from Kirkland’s last year, and I bought the tree from At Home. I’m so fond of the color scheme!

I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite tree of all time…and only my husband and I get to see it. Go figure. 😉 I have a few more spaces to showcase, but these are our primary areas. I hope you enjoyed the tour! If you’d like to explore more beautiful spaces, please take a moment to check out my friends’ homes as well!
