Great query! It’s not, despite the title, a real poll, like one with clickable buttons. It is merely a collection of somewhat arbitrary questions that I’ve been sharing on this blog each Monday morning for a gazillion years (since 2007).
1. What was the last show you binge-watched?
“The Diplomat” season 2 on Netflix featuring Keri Russell. It’s a bit over the top, but I appreciate how they incorporate real-world events into it.
2. Have you begun prepping for Thanksgiving yet?
Girl, absolutely not. LOL! I just survived Halloween, which honestly felt like it lasted three years. I know in a couple of years, when Connor’s older, I’ll wish I could relive all those activities. Anyway, for Thanksgiving, we’ve been invited to a friend’s dinner, so we’ll likely go there. Or we might just lounge at home in our pajamas, watch films, and have another crab fest. So enjoyable!
3. Choose your fall nail color – red, burgundy, or dark blue?
Ooh, definitely burgundy! I’d love it to have a hint of hardly noticeable micro shimmer and a glossy finish.
4. Peas in your mashed potatoes – yay or nay?
Hard nay. I prefer my mashed potatoes to be classic. Plenty of butter, with the option of gravy on the side.
5. Something you’d like to achieve this week?
I’d really like to find some time to write. Work is finally easing up a bit, as are all the events that crammed our schedule last month. I’m hoping that a little breathing space will let me unwind enough to happily sit at my computer and let my thoughts flow. I’ve been struggling to concentrate lately; I’ve felt stretched in every direction.
