So…what exactly is the Monday Poll?
Great question! Contrary to what its name suggests, it’s not a traditional poll with little clickable options. Instead, it’s just a collection of somewhat random questions that I’ve been sharing on this blog every Monday morning for what feels like a gazillion years (since 2007).
1. Which would you prefer: an incredible eyeshadow collection or an incredible lipstick collection?
My eye makeup routine has been extremely basic for the past few years, so an incredible lipstick collection it is!
2. If you could choose to wear only one type of pants for the rest of your life, which option would you select: yoga/workout leggings, jeans, chinos, or overalls?
While I appreciate the idea of pants that stretch, I’m not thrilled about the thought of wearing leggings that cling so tightly for the rest of my days. UGH. But I suppose I’d choose yoga/workout leggings, mainly because I can’t envision exercising in jeans or chinos. Plus, I guess leggings could be dressed up for formal events?
3. What do you think would be cooler: having wings or an unbreakable shell?
Wings, definitely. I can understand why a shell would be advantageous, especially in case of an unexpected attack, or if people were bothering me and/or I desired a quick nap! Just zip into the shell and that’s all.
4. What’s on the menu for dinner?
Most likely lemon pasta, since we just harvested a bunch of lemons from our lemon tree a few days ago, and I need to utilize them. By the way, I follow this recipe!
5. Which is simpler: blending blush or blending eyeshadow?
Oh yes, blending blush, for sure.
