This is how I envision my blogging experience. I want to adorn my home and have someone else handle all the photography and edits. Is that asking for too much? 🙂 I absolutely adore getting into the Christmas spirit and that warm, cozy ambiance, you know? So, I couldn’t resist sharing.
Step into my black and green Christmas office, which doubles as my new teaching space. Believe me when I say it doesn’t usually appear like this. The combination of this office desk and leather chair works perfectly with the dark bookshelves.
This year, I decided to keep the color scheme quite simple (surprise!). Those colors bring me the greatest happiness, which I believe is their purpose, right? I discovered the garland at a consignment shop a couple of years back for $12. Adding some ribbon really completes the display!
I’m dubbing this the year of candles. Apparently, they’re my top choice this season? This console table is a favorite for decorating because it instantly transforms the room’s appearance!
Here’s my view from the kitchen while I bake cookies, of course! Ha! I often receive questions about this mirror (similar) and my rug! I cherish both!
Since I’ve been home more (thanks to virtual teaching-yay), I managed to find extra time to decorate another Christmas tree. I placed this flocked beauty in my bedroom, and I might never take it down! (Just kidding.)
The ornaments came from last year’s clearance at Kirkland’s, and I got the tree from At Home. I absolutely love the color combination!
I’m pretty sure it’s my all-time favorite tree…and only my husband and I see it. How ironic. 😉 I have a few more areas to share, but these are our main spots. I hope you enjoyed the tour! If you’d like to see more beautiful spaces, please take a look at my friends’ homes too!
