2020 Festive Season Tour Itinerary

2020 Festive Season Tour Itinerary

This is how I envision my blogging journey. I’m keen on adorning my home, and I would love for someone else to capture all the photos and edit them. Is that really too much to wish for? 🙂 I genuinely enjoy decorating for the Christmas season, and I adore that snug ambiance, you know? So I simply had to share my experience.

Welcome to my black and green Christmas workspace—also recognized as my new classroom. Believe me when I say it doesn’t usually appear this way. This desk paired with a leather chair makes for an excellent match against the dark bookshelves.

This year, I decided to keep the colors quite simple (surprise). Those tones bring me the greatest joy, and I suppose that’s the idea behind them, right? I stumbled upon the garland at a consignment shop for $12 a few years back. Adding some ribbon completed the aesthetic!

This is officially the year of candles for me. Apparently, they’ve become my tops this year? This console table is delightful to decorate since it instantly alters the room’s vibe!

Here’s the view from my kitchen, of course while I’m baking cookies. Ha! I often receive questions about this mirror (similar) and my rug! I relish them both!

Due to spending more time at home (thanks to virtual teaching—yay), I had some extra time to set up another Christmas tree. I positioned this flocked tree in my bedroom, and I might just leave it up forever! (Just kidding.)

The ornaments were all clearance finds from Kirkland’s last year, and I acquired the tree from At Home. I’m smitten with the color combination!

I’m fairly certain this is my all-time favorite tree… and the only ones who see it are my husband and me. Go figure. 😉 I have a couple more areas to showcase, but these are our main highlights. I hope you appreciated the tour! If you’re interested in viewing more lovely spaces, please check out my friends’ homes as well!
