So…what is the Monday Poll?
Great question! Despite its title, it’s not an actual poll with clickable buttons. Instead, it’s merely a collection of somewhat random questions that I’ve been sharing on this blog every Monday morning for what feels like forever (since 2007).
1. How many lip products do you usually carry: 1-2, 3-5 or 5+?
<p Recently, I've kept it minimal, so it’s typically just one or two items – lipstick and a gloss!
2. What nail colors are you into these days?
I’ve been loving pale opaque baby blues. Maybe I’m feeling nostalgic for the mid-’90s, ha! Do you remember that baby blue nail polish from Hard Candy? I was obsessed with it.
3. Which would you prefer: an afternoon picnic outdoors or late-night stargazing?
Definitely an afternoon picnic because I’d probably be too drowsy to enjoy stargazing later, haha!
4. Scrambled or sunny side up?
Both are great! However, if I’m choosing scrambled, I have to be the one cooking the eggs. I’m oddly particular about my scrambled eggs; if they’re even a little overcooked, I won’t touch them.
5. What do you find truly wonderful about spring?
One truly wonderful thing about spring is all the different bird songs I hear in the morning. When they all harmonize, it’s like listening to a nature playlist on Spotify. It reminds me that life is always surrounding us.
