This month, Dior has unveiled several exciting beauty products that I am thoroughly enjoying! I picked up the new Forever Blush Soft Filter ($49 each, available now at Dior and Nordstrom) from my local Dior Beauty Boutique, and I truly appreciate the formula. These are soft matte liquid blushes with a whipped consistency. They require a bit more effort to blend, but once you do, using a brush or your fingers, you achieve a wonderfully smooth, almost airbrushed effect.
Since liquid blushes usually deepen on my skin, I opted for the lighter neutral tones. I’m pleased to say that these do not oxidize or darken – they retain their true color, and when blended, they create a very gentle appearance on the skin. You can build up the color for more pigment without it appearing or feeling heavy.
The texture is incredibly soft, reminiscent of a mousse. These come equipped with a sponge tip applicator for dabbing onto the skin. For blending, I’ve really enjoyed using the Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow Foundation Brush, No 15 Blush Brush, and the Fenty Brush 125 – but you can use any blush brush you have handy.
In terms of longevity, they perform quite well. They remain intact and look fresh for hours without shifting on the skin. I haven’t fully tested them in outdoor humidity for long periods since it’s currently too hot to be outside for too long (unless in the shade). However, they did hold up remarkably well during a couple of hours at dinner outdoors, so I’m very pleased with their performance.
I swatched all the shades in-store except for one (there was no tester available). Despite their high pigmentation and opacity, I really enjoy how they blend seamlessly on the skin.
I selected six shades, and I believe the shade range is excellent. They offer both neutrals and bolder hues across a variety of colors. I’m still using the Dior Forever Perfect Foundation Stick in 3N.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with these purchases. I am not typically a fan of matte or liquid blush, but these have won me over. I’d say my top three favorites are Petal, Bloom, and Orchid.
