Dior Backstage Makeup Unveils New Shade Additions

Dior Backstage Makeup Unveils New Shade Additions

Dior has unveiled additional shades in their Backstage Makeup Lineup, and every color is a perfect 10 in my book. There are four new complementary hues in the Addict Lip Glow Butter ($42), Backstage Rosy Glow Blush Stick ($44), and Backstage Rosy Glow Blush ($42). These fresh shades are now available at Dior.com and Sephora.

Additionally, a new Backstage Glassy Glow Stick ($44) has been introduced, which I’ve decided to skip for the moment – but if you’ve had the chance to try it, I’d love to hear your feedback!

Each formula now boasts four new shades:

  • 106 Pomelo, a soft light peachy pink
  • 107 Dragonfruit, a light mauve pink lilac
  • 108 Guava, a vibrant warm pink
  • 109 Goji, a berry with brown undertones

Addict Lip Glow Butter

The Addict Lip Glow Butters in the new shades are stunning. I maintain my original opinion that the formula, pigmentation, and color of this gloss are exceptional, though I would appreciate more product for the cost.

Out of the four shades, my favorite is Guava. The lighter shades are quite sheer on me, and I often need to remind readers or new followers that my natural lip color is darker, so many sheer or light tones appear significantly different on me.

Backstage Rosy Glow Blush Stick

The Backstage Rosy Glow Blush Sticks pack a punch with their bold and bright colors straight from the tube, but if you’ve worked with this formula before, you know it blends to a softer finish. They offer a balmy, glowy effect with minimal dry down, maintaining a dewy look. Among all the dewy cream blushes, this is my top pick.

I usually layer a powder blush on top to extend wear time. I also find that these cream blush sticks can enhance the pigment of certain powders. Many of you requested swatch comparisons, so here they are in stick format.

Backstage Rosy Glow Blush (Powder)

I favor the Backstage Rosy Glow Blush formula over the Blush Stick for its longevity. The colors are buildable, allowing for a softer cheek appearance or a more intense finish if layered. While the Powder and Stick colors are similar, they are not entirely the same, primarily due to the color payoff, with subtle differences in undertones.

I genuinely adore every color in the powder. The slight shimmer they contain adds a beautiful glow.

Four coordinated looks below showcase the matching lip and cheek. Don’t forget to check out the comparison between the powder and the stick on the cheeks.
